Ava has always been evolving as an artist. Over the past twenty years she has nurtured her talents as a painter, illustrator, and design consultant. She has spent over ten years specializing in henna body art, bringing a modern perspective to life through this ancient medium. Her work has earned her a loyal following, and she can often be found at markets throughout Vancouver Island, including the popular Nanaimo Night Market where you'll likely have to line up for her popular henna tattoos.

 

Ava is excited to continue evolving her craft, currently offering her henna services while apprenticing as a tattoo artist under the mentorship of Jason. This new venture allows her to combine her artistic skills and expand her creative horizons, blending painting, illustration, and tattoo artistry. Driven and passionate, Ava is thrilled to pursue this new chapter in her artistic journey and looks forward to sharing her ever-evolving art with her community.
